(Putrela, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, South India)
(Raising children, transforming lives) “One person can make a difference and every person should try.” “Children are the world's most valuable resource and its best hope for the future” “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”
Being the Founder of this Organization, I would not forget to render my gratitude to my Lord Jesus Christ. I was born and raised in True Christian family and grown up with pure maturity towards the Christianity and learned to practice what is my responsibility in my society I live. I saw there are many children are dying on roads, some body begging on streets. It moves my heart and I spent many days with tears in the presence of God about these Orphans. God answered my prayers and we are able to start the Orphanage Home in 2009. His inordinate blessings upon my life, has given me the zeal to help the differentially privileged friends in the society and with them as the cornerstone, this Children Home was built by great support of few of my Beloved and dedicated Brothers & Sisters in the States in 2009 in Kovvada, Andhra Pradesh, South India.
Expanded and Built Largest Children Home in India: The old children home has only two rooms and children don’t have playground, Library and other necessary facilities. So, we pray for many years to expand and built new Orphanage home in Putrela. You know there wonderful and dedicated brothers came forward and donated to build largest and beautiful Children home in Putrela (325kms from Kovvada old Children home), Krishna District, and Andhra Pradesh, India. So, we shifted our 20 children into new Children home and we brought 30 children more. Then the New Putrela Children Home number goes to 50. And we are prayerfully considering to take this number till 100.
Looking back, it is a great experience to be involved in this labor. It is a journey with love, care and integrity. The below verse from the Holy bible agitated me to engross into this mission
‘For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’“Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? ‘And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? ‘When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’
“The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’ (Mathew 25: 35 :40)
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. (Philippians 4 : 13). With the strength of my Savior, I have been doing my chore with deep perseverance and altruistic vow for the past 6 years in spite of financial quandary and social oppression, intricacies, obstacles. What come may, I have firm faith, The LORD will fulfill [his purpose] for me; your love, O LORD, endures forever--do not abandon the works of your hands.
Without an enthusiastic and conscientious Churches and Individuals, there would be no History. I extend my sincere thanks to all who have been supporting all these years. I am thankful to all of partners who stood as my back-bone to fulfill the noble cause. Their strong support and perpetual co-operation did make an impact!
Meanwhile how could I forget the benefactor both within the country and abroad who stretched their helping hands with their incessant support and generous contribution
Right from the beginning. Thank you all. I also extend my thanks to all our well-wishers and volunteers.
Finally friends I urge you to march selfless towards the social cause of our community and strive to excel in every field given to you by God! Continue to stretch your helping hands and remember us in your fervent prayers to go extra mile.
God Bless you
In His Service
"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." - James 1:27

The Children Home is a non-profit and charitable organization established for the purpose to help the orphans, abused and less fortunate children in India surrounding areas in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Philip & Parimala God’s servants saw many children in the slum areas dying of sickness, hunger, and for lack of nutrition and proper medication due to poverty. They were both moved deeply in their heart to assist these children as much as possible and started to helping them since 2000. After a long period of many prayers our concerns to build a Children Home is taken into the hands of our Beloved Brothers & Sisters in USA. We all did pray many many months for God’s directions to build a Children Home. Finally our Lord was able to bring all of our dreams into reality. Now you already have been looking wonderful Home for the Orphans at India with beautiful children.
Putrela Children's Home is a grassroots ministry providing housing, food, clothing, medical care, education and love to these children to give them brighter hope in the future. We started this home with few children. And now we have 50 children (Boys and Girls). Feeding, clothing, caring and providing Christian education to these blessed children take the grace of God, the prayers and resources of concerned individuals.
We believe that PUTRELA CHILDREN'S HOME is playing an important role in helping the needy and less fortunate children in India. It is our desire to help them in the very charitable and worthwhile effort and see the tremendous difference in their lives.
Over 2.6 million children are wandering the streets of India without love and care. Food, shelter and care are the basic necessities of life yet these children have none of these. Each child deserves adequate nutrition, medical care and education and it is important to us that as many children as possible can be welcomed into an orphanage and receive all of these factors.
As we all know that there are thousands upon thousands of orphaned, unwanted children living on the street of India, and we know we cannot help them all. But we can make a difference to some of the children, and with your help we can make a difference to even more.
